Sensei Jay Gravelle is a certified 5^th Degree Black Belt in Shorin-Ryu Matsumura Karate & Kobudo and a member of OSMKKF, Okinawa Shorin-Ryu Matsumura Karate & Kobudo Federation and NorthWest Budokan is a chartered dojo.

As an added value to the Mukilteo YMCA Karate class Sensei Jay Gravelle is offering the OPTION to obtain belt ranking in this style. Attending classes at the YMCA does not require ranking and members always have the right to attend the Karate/Self Defense classes.
